The interior scope included executive rooms, luxury suites, and residential suites, all executed with precision and strict adherence to hospitality quality benchmarks.
A significant execution highlight was the seamless management and installation of premium fixtures and integrated services within the residential suites. Grace faced a critical challenge when unexpected delays from an international supplier risked impacting the tight schedule. The execution team promptly resolved this by restructuring the installation sequence, reallocating resources effectively, and maintaining continual communication with suppliers to expedite deliveries, ensuring project timelines were unaffected.
Grace’s structured phasing allowed concurrent execution activities across different hotel sections, optimizing efficiency and resource utilization. Site management rigorously supervised all operations, from preliminary material staging and installation to final quality audits, ensuring consistent adherence to the defined specifications.
